The Victoria Photography Club, Victoria, Texas, is simply a group of great people who have found their passion in photography and wish to share that passion with other people. We hold monthly meetings where members are able to share their images, receive critique if they want it, and engage in friendly competition with their peers.

The Victoria Photography Club is a non-profit, non-partisan club whose purpose is to promote photography in the Victoria area. We welcome anyone who has an interest in photography regardless as to their skill level, or equipment. Our members range from professional photographers and amateurs, to people whose only photographic experience has been snapshots with a point and shoot camera. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the club’s activities.

Each month we plan special programs where we bring in guest speakers, or provide instructional programs relating to either a technical or artistic aspect of photography.

The club organizes photographic field trips to various locations from time to time so that members can create new images and share the experience with good friends. We attend various exhibits as a group, often times receiving private openings and sneak previews.

When we go to the field to create images we do something special for our members who are just starting out. If they feel that they want a little extra help, we will place them with one of our mentors to help shorten the learning curve.

Mostly we just have fun, and enjoy each others company and fellowship. It is our sincerest hope that you will join us.
